Application & Screening Process
After touring your future home, we ask that you complete a brief preliminary application. This initial application is free of charge and is reviewed using publicly available records in accordance with Florida guidelines. If your preliminary application meets our criteria, we will move forward with a full screening conducted through a third-party tenant screening service.
Screening Fees
• Single applicant: $53
• Single applicant with co-applicant/roommate: $96
• Married couple (spouse as co-applicant): $65
All applicants 18 years or older are required to complete the screening process. All screening is conducted as a soft inquiry and does not impact your credit score.
Security Deposit Structure
(Determined based on screening results)
• A or B Rating: Security deposit equal to one (1) month’s
• C rating: One (1) month’s rent + an additional 1.5 months’ deposit
• D rating: One (1) month’s rent + an additional 1 full month deposit
